Exchange Policy
At *Sniff*, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
– All original tags and packaging must be intact.
– The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
– *You may initiate the request for an exchange/return if:*

– (B) Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.
– (C) The product is defective.
– (D) Parts of the product or accessory are missing.
*Please note:* If the product or packaging is damaged, *you must provide proof of the damage before unboxing* (e.g., photos of the damaged package or product) to process your exchange.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as offering store credit or a different product of equal value.
